Vehicle scrapping and dismantling services are performed in cooperation with our licensed partner: AMA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, registered address: ul. REMBRANDTA 4A/39, 03-531 WARSAW, NIP: 5242756715, REGON: 146505050.

We collect only the data necessary to provide a vehicle valuation and perform services: vehicle brand and model, year of manufacture, engine capacity and fuel type, proposed price, location (city/town), contact phone number, email address, technical description, and vehicle photos submitted through the form.

Personal data is processed based on:
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: processing is necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (valuation and purchase offer preparation).
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR: compliance with a legal obligation (purchase agreement, vehicle demolition certificate, tax records).
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest (communication via phone/SMS/WhatsApp, defending against potential claims).

Data submitted via the contact form for valuation is retained for 12 months. In the case of a completed transaction, accounting and legal documents (contracts, certificates) are kept for 5 years in compliance with tax regulations.
